Aloha is a beauty salon on N Armenia Ave in Tampa: nails, pedicures, lashes, brows and hair under one roof, with soft walls, gold details and a cafecito while you're in the chair.
Many clients have been coming to the same tech for years. We'll take care of you in English or Spanish, whichever feels easier.

Acrylic is the strongest option for long or sculpted sets. Polygel is lighter and feels more natural. Gel-X uses soft-gel tips applied in one piece for a clean, even length. Your nail tech will help you choose.

If you want extra length, sculpted shapes or lots of design, acrylic is the strongest.
Polygel weighs less and feels more natural, great if you use your hands all day.
Gel-X (Apres) goes on as one soft-gel piece: quick, even and easy to remove at the salon.
Keep them away from water and steam for the first 24 hours so the adhesive cures well.
Clean them with an oil-free cleanser and brush them every morning with a spoolie.
Don't rub them or sleep face down, and come back for a fill every 2 to 3 weeks.
Wear gloves for dishes and cleaning: hot water and chemicals are enemy number one.
Oil your cuticles every night and don't use your nails as tools.
If something lifts, don't pull it off: stop by the salon and we'll fix it.
